Ingredients


hard flour 200g, sugar 30g, butter 30g

salt 1/2 ts, dry yeast 1ts, 1/2 egg

milk 60ml


adzuki bean paste 150g

40ºÐÀÌ Áö³µ´Ù¸é ²¨³»¾î 50g ¾¿ ¹ÝÁ×À» ºÐÇÒÇØ µÕ±Û·ÁÁÖ°í ½Ç¿Â¿¡¼­ 15ºÐ Á¤µµ ÈÞÁö½ÃÄÑÁÖ¼¼¿ä~

¹ÝÁ×ÀÌ ¸¶¸£Áö ¾Êµµ·Ï õÀ̳ª ºñ´Ò·Î µ¤¾îÁֽñ¸¿ä.



In a bowl, put sifted flour, sugar, salt and dry yeast then mix them evenly


put butter in milk and warm about 20 sec in a microwave.

pour butter-milk, stirred egg in flour mixture and bind all ingredients together


knead the dough as strong as you can for about 20min

when the dough becomes soft and elastic

put in a bowl or a plastic bag and fermentate about 40min at room temperature


after 40min take out the dough and divde into 50g amount then have a 'bench time' about 15min

( cover with a cloth or a plastic wrap to prevent from drying out )

¹ÝÁ׿¡ ¸ðÀÚ ¹ÝÁ×±îÁö ºÙ¿´´Ù¸é 30~40ºÐ°£ 40µµ¿¡¼­ 2Â÷ ¹ßÈ¿ÇØÁÖ¼¼¿ä~



while you are having a bench time take out the adzuki bean paste for stuffing

divide the paste about 25~30g amount and round them all

after 15 min roll out the dough and put adzuki bean paste inside the dough

bring up the edge and fold dough over the stuffing

pinch the edge of the dough carefully


when you follow this recipe you will get 7 pieces of dough. make 6 pieces then use one for decoration.


roll out the dough and make a shape like a hat , a beak, glasses...etc.

you can just cut out or use a cutter to make their shape

but just place 'hat dough' on the main dough (we'll put the others later)


 when you finish all, put the dough in the oven and fermentate about 30~40 min at 40 degree(in the oven)




     






2Â÷ ¹ßÈ¿±îÁö ³¡³µ´Ù¸é ¾È°æ°ú, ºÎ¸® ºÎºÐÀ» ´Þ°¿¹°À» ÀÌ¿ëÇØ ºÙ¿©ÁÖ¼¼¿ä~ »öÀ» Á» ´õ ÁøÇÏ°Ô ³»°í ½ÍÀº ºÎºÐ¿¡´Â ´Þ°¿ ³ë¸¥ÀÚ¸¦ ¹ß¶óÁֽñ¸¿ä.


¸ð¾ç ¼ºÇüÀÌ ´Ù ³¡³µ´Ù¸é 190µµ ¿¹¿­µÈ ¿Àºì¿¡¼­ 13~15ºÐ Á¤µµ ±¸¿öÁÖ½Ã°í ²¨³»¾î ½ÄÈû¸Á¿¡¼­ Àß ½ÄÇôÁÖ¼¼¿ä~




after 30~40 min

take out dough and using egg water stick the rest of dough  (the part of glasses, a beak and others....)


coat egg yolk water where you want to get more brown color


preheat the oven at 190 degree and bake about 13~15min

take out after 13~15 min and cool them on a wire rack
